Website hosting and form processing

Our website is hosted by Netlify. When you submit one of our website forms, Netlify processes and stores the submission on our behalf so that we can receive and manage your enquiry. We also receive email notifications of form submissions. We review and delete stored website form submissions when they are no longer required for the purpose for which they were collected.

Cookies and analytics

We use Netlify Web Analytics to understand basic website traffic using server-side information. Netlify Web Analytics does not use cookies for this purpose.

We also offer optional Google Analytics cookies. Google Analytics helps us understand how visitors find and use our website, including page views, general traffic sources and interactions such as phone-number clicks and completed enquiry journeys. Google Analytics is only loaded after you choose Allow analytics in our cookie banner.

If you choose Reject non-essential, Google Analytics is not loaded. You can change your choice at any time using the Cookie settings link in the website footer.

We do not use Google Analytics for advertising personalisation.

How long we keep information
